li ganjie, minister of environmental protection, said: at present, there are still outstanding problems such as unclear pollution base, inadequate monitoring and supervision and risk prevention and control system in china's soil environment protection. carrying out detailed investigation of soil pollution status is an important task in implementing "soil ten articles". in order to fully implement the "ten sections of soil", we will promote the classified management of agricultural land and the access control of construction land in a targeted manner. we will implement the classification of soil pollution, , stage by stage management, and gradually improve the quality of soil environment to provide basic support.
in response to the soil remediation industry and its future prospects, qiu qiu-wen, director of the ministry of environmental protection's soil environment management department, said that pollution prevention and control should adhere to the principle of prevention, protection and risk control. instead of advocating blind big governance and major repairs, it focuses on the planned development and rehabilitation of contaminated plots intended for residential use and for public facilities such as commercial, school, medical and pension institutions.
qiuqi wen said that at present the domestic soil remediation industry has just started, need to build and improve the entire industrial chain from the environmental assessment, environmental investigation, risk control, governance and repair, as well as the assessment of remediation effects and other links.
